My work with couples is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a wonderful process that guides couples towards deeper intimacy, closeness and connection.


EFT helps couples to free themselves from hurtful patterns and create new ways of interaction. It provides a safe platform for couples to find their way to feeling loved and accepted.

EFT is a highly researched, effective, and evidence-based couple’s counselling model. EFT helps partners experience more openness and trust with each other, making it safe again to reach out to each other for intimacy and comfort.


Individual counselling provides an opportunity for you to explore where
you are stuck and to gain insight and awareness around your thoughts, emotions, patterns or behaviour.


You will receive personal support and guidance, while being welcomed in a safe, confidential and caring environment. 

Together we will address and work through any emotional issues or any other life difficulties, and then work towards your desired change.

In a first exploratory session we look at your needs and goals, and we'll decide if we are a good match. If so, we'll set out a roadmap and get started.
